電影主要講訴了方志敏遵照中央指示發(fā)展皖南地區(qū)革命，發(fā)動柯村暴動，成立皖南蘇維埃政府，率領(lǐng)皖南受壓迫的人民同敵人進(jìn)行殘酷的艱苦卓絕的斗爭，建立了皖南第一塊革命根據(jù)地的故事?！翱麓灞﹦印庇辛ε浜狭碎}浙贛蘇區(qū)反“圍剿”斗爭和紅軍北上抗日先遣隊在皖南的行動。為閩浙贛土地斗爭史乃至中國近代史譜寫了光輝的篇章。
